- General Provisions
1.1. These purchase and sales terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to the legal relationship arising from the use of the website devin.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) between Aariber OÜ (registration code: 10977776, address: Koidu tee 4, Kelvingi küla Viimsi vald Harju maakond 74001) and the website visitor or customer (hereinafter referred to as the “user”).
1.2. In addition to these Terms, the use of the devin.ee website is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

- Display of Goods and Pricing Information
2.1. The prices of goods displayed on the website are stated in euros and include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable laws.
2.2. Aariber OÜ reserves the right to change the prices of goods at any time. If a customer has placed an order before the price changes come into effect, the price valid at the time of the order will apply.

- Placing an Order
3.1. To place an order, the user must select the desired products, specify the quantities, and add them to the shopping cart.
3.2. After selecting the products and filling the shopping cart, the user must follow the instructions to complete the order.
3.3. By submitting an order, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms.
- Payment and Delivery
4.1. Montonio payment method, which enables payments through bank links, is used for making payments.
4.2. After order confirmation, the user will be redirected to the Montonio payment solution page, where they can choose a suitable payment method.
4.3. The payment for the order is subject to the terms and conditions of the Montonio payment solution.
4.4. The delivery of goods is carried out using the shipping methods provided by Montonio, such as Omniva and DPD.
- Returns and Warranty
5.1. The user has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
5.2. To initiate a return, the user must submit a withdrawal statement to Aariber OÜ via email at devin@devin.ee.
5.3. The returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, without any defects, and complete.
5.4. The user will be refunded the cost of the returned goods within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement.
5.5. The warranty and the procedure for filing claims are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- Processing of Personal Data

- Liability
7.1. Aariber OÜ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the breach of legal relationships arising from such use.
7.2. Aariber OÜ shall not be liable for disruptions caused by third parties, including any issues related to the Montonio payment solution, Omniva, DPD, or other service providers.
- Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the devin.ee website, including texts, images, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, belongs to Aariber OÜ.

9.2. Any matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
